This unwooded, easy drinking Cinsault is made simply to be enjoyed. You can expect a fresh, punchy wine that is just as floral as it is fruity.
With characters such as raspberries, red current, tart cherry and violet – this is a lovely wine with a medium alcohol percentage and low in tannins.
Try this Cinsault with lighter but nevertheless well-spiced vegetarian dishes.
Interesting fact: Cinsault is also known as Hermitage.
