Jason's Hill Cinsault 2024 is an unwooded, easy-drinking Cinsault made simply to be enjoyed. You can expect a fresh, punchy wine that is just as floral as it is fruity. With characters such as raspberries, red currant, tart cherry, and violet, this is a lovely wine with a medium alcohol percentage and low tannins. Try this Cinsault with lighter but well-spiced vegetarian dishes. Interesting fact: Cinsault is also known as Hermitage.
